1. Turn the brush cap. Pull off the cap for the eyeliner brush. 2. Brush the eyebrows with the spiral end of the brush. 3. Twist the pomade end to access the formula. 4. Dip the angled eyeliner brush into the pomade and use it to create light, soft strokes to fill in sparse areas. 5. Brush the eyebrows with the spiral to blend and soften the look.
